Our commitment

ThrottleShare (operated by Deer Track Design LLC) is committed to making our website, web app, iOS app, and Android app accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across throttleshare.com and our native apps.

What we're doing

• Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
• Color contrast targeted at WCAG 2.1 AA ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
• Alt text on product images; form fields with associated labels; skip-to-content on primary pages.
• Testing with keyboard-only navigation plus screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA on Windows).
• Automated scans with axe-core / Lighthouse during development and before each release.
• Ongoing remediation of findings — accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time pass.

Known limitations

Some user-generated content (listing photos, owner-written descriptions, reviews) is provided by third parties. We require alt text on primary images and are working to expand coverage across all user-uploaded media. If you encounter a listing that is inaccessible, use the report link below and we will work with the owner to correct it.

Report a barrier

If you experience a barrier or have an accessibility concern — on our website, in our apps, or during a booking — please email [email protected] with the subject line Accessibility report. Please include:

• The page or screen where the issue occurred (URL or app screen name).
• What happened and what you expected to happen.
• Your assistive technology (screen reader, keyboard-only, voice control, etc.) and browser or device.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and resolve or provide a status update within 10 business days.

If you need information from this site in a different format — large print, a plain-text summary, or a direct phone walkthrough of a booking — email [email protected] and we will provide it within a reasonable time at no charge.
