Every renter must agree to the following at booking: Must be 21 years or older Must hold a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (M endorsement or equivalent). Learner permits are not accepted. License will be verified at pickup. Must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the booking name Helmet required for the duration of the rental (provided or your own DOT-approved helmet) Maximum of 2 riders (rider + passenger only) No alcohol, drugs, or riding under the influence at any time No off-road use, racing, stunts, or reckless riding Bike must be returned with a full tank of gas (or fuel level noted at pickup) Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or tolls incurred during the rental Any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents must be reported immediately Renter must follow all Idaho traffic laws and platform safety guidelines Delivery and pickup times are by mutual agreement; late returns may incur additional fees Security deposit and platform insurance requirements apply as outlined at booking These rules form part of the rental agreement.
