1. Renter Requirements Age Limit: Must be 21+ to book and operate. Documentation: Must provide a valid, non-expired Driver's License at pickup. The name on the Throttle Share booking must match the ID. 2. Safety & Passenger Rules Passenger Limit: MAX 1 RIDER. (Unless you have the specific Touring model, two people on a single-rider ATV is a suspension and roll hazard). Protective Gear: Helmets and eye protection are strictly required at all times while the engine is running. Zero Tolerance: Absolutely no alcohol or drugs before or during operation. Night Riding: Permitted. The ATV is equipped with ultra-bright LED headlights, but please ride at a reduced speed and use extra caution on unfamiliar trails after dark. 3. Terrain & Vehicle Care Stay on the Trail: Standard trail riding and exploring only. No deep water crossings (water must stay below the footwells), no deep mud bogging, and no extreme rock crawling. No Towing: Do not use this ATV to tow other vehicles, trailers, or pull items. The winch is for self-recovery only. Fuel Policy: Must be returned full with Premium (91 Octane) fuel. Please keep your gas station receipt as proof to avoid engine issues. 4. Return Logistics Cleaning: The ATV must be returned reasonably clean. Normal trail dust is expected, but caked-on mud requiring a heavy pressure wash will result in a $50 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. Late Returns: Returns more than 30 minutes late will incur a late fee of $35/hour.
