•Drivers must be 18+ with a valid photo ID and an active personal auto insurance card matching the driver's name. • No alcohol or drug use while operating the golf cart. (DUI laws apply to golf carts!) • Golf cart is not an LSV and should only be driven on roads posted for golf cart use or used for private events. • All passengers must remain seated at all times. Maximum of 4 occupants at any time. • No reckless driving or off-road use. • Renter is responsible for any damage if golf cart is not returned in its original condition or cleaning fees may be applied if the golf cart is returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning beyond standard use.
